About Me

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Entomology from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX

• 10+ years in Education: 

  • 3 years teaching math (Middle School Lead Teacher, 10th Grade Academy Leader)

  • 7+ years tutoring (Exam Prep Coordinator, 1st-12th grade reading, math, SAT/ACT and general test prep)

I am grateful for my family, friends, video games, pasta and tacos! I am fascinated by insects! I enjoy maintaining a humble garden and creating awesome needlepoint projects. I am also learning piano and improving my Spanish. I have ventured into learning Latin, Greek and German as well!

My teaching aims to clarify the awesome intricacies of math. I plan to improve foundational skills, communication skills and confidence! I strive to maximize learning by adjusting to student needs and fostering curiosity!
